Box Office

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased at U.S. Bank Arena Box Office, found at our arena. Click here for directions. The box office is open Monday- Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. (though actual box office may not be staffed; come to 3rd floor offices for tickets).On weekend event days only the box office opens at noon and closes during the event. There is no Ticketmaster service charge if tickets are purchased at U.S. Bank Arena Box Office.

Tickets are also available at all Ticketmaster locations including select Kroger stores, online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at (513) 562-4949 (service charge applicable).

Group Tickets

For group tickets (groups of 20+), call the Group Ticket Hotline at (513) 421-4111 x114. Discounts are available for most shows for groups of twenty or more. Also, if you're interested in obtaining a discount for your workplace, organization, etc., call the hotline for details on how to receive advanced notice of events at U.S. Bank Arena and special pricing.
