BOX OFFICE Location:
The U.S. Bank Arena Box Office is located on the outside of the 4th floor of the arena facing Great American Ball Park. During non-peak seasons this office will be closed & tickets may be purchased on the 3rd floor of the arena. There is NO TICKETMASTER SERVICE CHARGE for tickets purchased at the U.S. Bank Arena Box Office. Contact the box office at 513-421-4111.
Tickets are also available online at www.TicketMaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000, and at all Ticketmaster outlets including select Kroger locations. Click here to find participating Kroger outlets.
Group Tickets:
For group tickets (groups of 20+), call the Group Ticket Hotline at (513) 421-4111 x178. Discounts are available for most shows for groups of twenty or more. Also, if you''re interested in obtaining a discount for your workplace, organization, etc., call the hotline for details on how to receive advanced notice of events at U.S. Bank Arena and special pricing. Will Call Procedure:
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window two hours prior to the start time of an event. You must have valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Parking:
During non-event days customers should park at the public landing. The box office can be accessed by climbing the steps at the landing. If the box office is closed, the 3rd floor can be accesed by entering the security entrance accross from the landing at the corner of Mehring Way and Broadway. Effective January 26, 2010, the Mehring Way access doors will no longer be available as a public entrance during events. Please use the elevator at the corner of Mehring Way and Old Broadway for building access at Main Gate.
Refer to our parking section when coming to the arena during events. Plenty of parking is available in the East Garage, Great American Ballpark and surrounding lots. Event parking starts at $6.00. If you have any questions, please contact the Central Parking System offices (513) 946-8100.
